Beautiful glass jewellery inspired by the beautiful coastline of the Isle of Wight where glass artist Linda Newnham lives and by working with the many possibilites that using glass entails. Each bead is created by hand one at a time using a hot flame. The glass comes in the form of rods from the island of Murano. Once the beads are completed they are placed in a kiln where they are slowly cooled to anneal the glass which prevents them from cracking. Each bead is then cleaned and made up into jewellery using only the highest quality sterling silver findings.
