After weeks and weeks of sunshine we've finally had some rain which has been much needed in the garden.
My husband and I went for a drive down to the seafront and wow! there were some spectactular waves. He decided to go and get his wetsuit and have a play in the surf and I got my camera to take some piccies.
See what I mean!
I took a little video but I don't know how to add it here but you can see it on my Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/linda.newnham.52/videos/1787419497993220/
(I've got a photo of my husband in his wetsuit but if I showed it to you on here he would kill me lol!)
There were lots of surfers out
then I had a little wander and took some photos of the beach huts and the art on them.
This one had a lovely mosaic house number on it.
I made some beach huts in stained glass with cute little lampwork seagulls on and have them for sale, I just haven't got round to popping them in the shop yet so if you would like to buy one they are £15 each plus p&p. I will have them at the shows I am doing next month - details on the events page.
I've also been making some new sailboats including this house warming gift that I made for a friend I visited in The Nederlands last week.
Happily, she liked it.
I am working on more like it as well as some suncathers so watch this space.
Thanks for looking,
Linda x
